Hey guys Im sure this question has been asked before but I could not find it. I promised I looked hard. I hooked up my account three days ago. For some reason Google Analytics is showing that I am indeed getting some good traffic to my site. But Moz is reporting zero zero zero across the board for anything and showing I have zero back links which is not correct. I thought it would eventually start working but its not. Any suggestions?

We're debating whether to archive some campaigns or delete them entirely. One factor in consideration is if Archived campaigns count towards total keywords allowed in our Moz subscription. Thank you for your insights!

HI, It has been over a week since the last ranking update and i'm wondering if these typically are run on a certain day? My last update was on 8/12/14.

My dashboard or keyword rankings haven't updated in 2 months, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? The account page indicates the campaigns are active. Derp.....

Hi, I was trying to add a custom link to my profile but I got an error message: "There was a problem saving your custom URLs" Can somebody look into it for me? Kind Regards

Is anyone else seeing that their keyword rankings are pending even though they've been in the campaign for quite some time? Is this a known issue?

Hy I've got a question. Right now I have 2 PRO Accounts with more or less 5-10 campaigns. Now I  would like to upgrade one account into ELITE. Here is my question: Is it possible to transfer the campaigns from the other PRO account to the ELITE? I won't create the  campaigns again because the data is really important. So, is there a possibility? Thanks for your answer!!

I just recently created a Moz campaign and while some features are intuitive, there are many that I don't completely understand. Are there tutorials somewhere on Moz.com to help maximize my campaign efforts here?
