      I was charged after cancelling my account that is not being used. What should I do? Cancel with my bank?

            I want do delete my account

            Dear Moz team, I have subscribed for 1 month free Moz trial account. It was free but to subscribe this account I need to put my credit card details. Suddenly at the end of this 1 month term period Moz tried to cut 149 Dollar from my account without notifying me. But they could not because my credit card was locked. Is not a kind of cheating?             Reset my MOZ Account?

            I recently redesigned my 2 websites.  Both are large 80+ page sites with unique text on every page, no keyword stuffing and generally using all the proper SEO techniques ( I hired a professional w/ 10 years experience).  My pages rank for the targeted terms, but MOZ reports say "Not in the Top 50".  I had friends run "Clean Searches" from the west coast and we were ranking.  Prior to the redesign, I used MOZ and the reports were very accurate.  Should I reset my MOZ account or what?

            Moz Company & Personal Account Conflict

            Hey Moz - I just had a question regarding the Moz Pro Account. Sometimes I find myself torn between using my personal Moz account, and the Moz Pro Account associated with my company (and my team). Is there a way to link a personal account WITH a company pro account, so I could post as myself, build my own cred, but still enjoy the benefits of Pro on my company's dime? Thanks!

            Reactivating an archived account not working

            When I go in to re-activate an account, it doesn't do anything. I've got three active right now, but when I push the Activate button, the loading gif shows, disappeared, but doesn't do anything.

            How do I make sure my account doesn't auto-renew

            Our account is up for renewal in 10 days, but I want to switch off the auto-renewal. How do I do this? I've tried to resolve the issues we're having with support but am getting nowhere. Was promised an update on Friday but no-one got back to me. These issues have been going on for months. Fed up of paying for something we're no longer getting. I've been recommending Moz for years, but things really seem to have slipped lately. Sorry to air this publicly but my frustration, waiting for replies and not getting what we're paying for are spilling over. A very unhappy paying customer.
