I've recently implemented the page optimization recommendations provided by Moz Pro to help our site rank for specific keywords on certain pages. It’s been about a week since we made these changes, and we’re happy to report that our optimization scores for the targeted keywords and URLs are looking strong. I did create these pages with our intended keywords in mind.

However, two questions about the page optimization tool:

      1. Ranking Expectations: Since our optimization scores are good, when might we start seeing improvements in our keyword rankings? We know that SEO results can take time, but we would appreciate any insights on a typical timeline based on your experiences.

      2. Optimization and Search Intent: While the tool’s optimization suggestions have been helpful, we’re curious about how they factor in search intent. How does Moz Pro’s advice take into account variations in search intent, especially if users search using slight variations of the keywords we’re targeting?

When considering optimization and search intent, Moz Pro’s advice focuses on ensuring your content aligns with what users are actually looking for, even when they use slight keyword variations. The tool analyzes trends and patterns in search queries to account for the different ways users might phrase their searches. For example, if users are searching for "Instagram bios" or "shayari," Moz Pro will identify common variations like "cool Instagram bios" or "heartfelt shayari" and recommend optimizations accordingly.

For a site like igid.bio , which offers Instagram bios and shayari, Moz Pro would help by analyzing the specific ways people search for these terms, ensuring your content captures a wide range of search queries. By targeting slight variations in keywords and understanding user intent, the tool ensures that your site ranks higher and reaches the right audience, even when the search phrasing varies.

@Cricket93 Great job on your SEO work! Even though your website looks better now, it might take a while for it to show up higher in search results. Be patient, and keep working on it.

To make sure your website is really helpful to people, you should do some research on what people are actually searching for. Use tools to find good keywords and understand how people are using them. Then, make sure your website answers their questions and solves their problems.

By combining these tips with the advice from Moz Pro, you can create a website that's both popular and useful.

It's great to hear about your progress! Typically, you might start seeing keyword ranking improvements within 4-12 weeks after implementing optimization changes, but this can vary based on competition and search engine indexing. Regarding search intent, Moz Pro's recommendations focus on keyword relevance, but it's important to manually assess whether your content aligns with the intent behind those keywords. You might need to fine-tune your content to match user intent, especially for variations in search queries. keyword ranking search intent

I've recently implemented the page optimization recommendations provided by Moz Pro to help our site rank for specific keywords on certain pages. It’s been about two weeks since we've added these URLs/keyword parings. The optimization scores for the targeted keywords and URLs are looking strong. Also, we've crafted these pages with keyword optimisation in mind. However, we have a couple of questions as we move forward: Ranking Expectations: Since our optimization scores are good, when might we start seeing improvements in our keyword rankings? We know that SEO results can take time, but we would appreciate any insights on a typical timeline based on your experiences. Optimization and Search Intent: While the tool’s optimization suggestions have been helpful in regards to giving us a score for a specific keyword, we’re curious about how this factors into search intent. How does this tool take into account variations in search intent, especially if users search using slight variations of the keywords we’re targeting? Thank you so much for your insight!

Is there a tool to check the SEO performance of articles from different websites?

article reporting article performance seo ranking keyword ranking

Is there a tool to check the SEO performance of articles(like 100+ articles) from different websites in one place? I am looking for a tool where I can put several URLs of the articles we have published in bulk for many of our clients, and it can show me how those articles are performing. This way, we can check the performance of these articles at any time; there is no need to add URLs every time.

Only my homepage ranks for my keywords, should I delete my other pages?

                keywords ranking homepage seo

I am an independent artist and all of my business inquiries come through my website (www.ChrisCarlsonArt.com). Over the last 6 months I have been trying to get pages other than my homepage to rank for my keywords, but I haven't made any progress. I worry that I am cannibalizing my keywords since my pages all have similar information. Should I just delete my other pages and focus on ranking my homepage? Also, if I delete my other pages will that have a negative impact on my rankings?

                Big Ranking fluctuations

                ranking issue rankings keyword rankings

Hi all, 👉 we need your help/expertise. For a longer period of time we (https://bluebillywig.com) experience huge increases and decreases on a day/week ly basis for our keywords. We are moving from positions in the top 3 to positions in the top 50. The site has been fully screened for technical issues, indexation problems and we have also checked the positions of competitors (where we do not see the fluctuations). Example keywords where we see the issue: Gepersonaliseerde video Video content protection. See screenshots example bbw.png BBW-example.png If somebody has any suggestions, let us know.
Thank you so much for your time and advice.

Google Search Console - Excluded Pages and Multiple Properties

google search console google penalty google indexation crawl errors

I have used Moz to identify keywords that are ideal for my website and then I optimized different pages for those keywords, but unfortunately rankings for some of the pages have declined. Since I am working with an ecommerce site, I read that having a lot of Excluded pages on the Google Search Console was to be expected so I initially ignored them. However, some of the pages I was trying to optimize are listed there, especially under the 'Crawled - currently not indexed' and the 'Discovered - currently not indexed' sections. I have read this page (link: https://moz.com/blog/crawled-currently-not-indexed-coverage-status ) and plan on focusing on Steps 5 & 7, but wanted to ask if anyone else has had experience with these issues. Also, does anyone know if having multiple properties (https vs http, www vs no www) can negatively affect a site? For example, could a sitemap from one property overwrite another? Would removing one property from the Console have any negative impact on the site? I plan on asking these questions on a Google forum, but I wanted to add it to this post in case anyone here had any insights. Thank you very much for your time,
                Forest
