Inbox

In this guide, you’ll learn more about the Inbox in the Reviews section of your Moz Local account. 

The All Reviews tab of the Reviews Inbox houses is where you can export a CSV report of your reviews along with any filters you have selected. To do so, click the three-dot icon and select Export CSV.

The Pending inbox houses all responses waiting approval from an Admin. This inbox is only used if approvals are enabled.

The Outbox houses approved responses waiting to publish for non-integrated networks (Yelp & Apartment Ratings). This is only used if approvals are enabled.

The tagging feature within Moz Local allows you to quickly label reviews. This enables efficient prioritization, precise grouping and maximized searchability of all of your reviews!

Click the tag icon next to any review to begin tagging it. You will be provided with a list of suggested previously used tags, but you can also create your own tag.

If you want to use multiple tags, separate each by clicking the Enter or Return key on our keyboard. You can also them with a comma. For phrases that include spaces, surround them with commas (ie. “Customer Service” or “Negative Experience”). You can also use numbers, emojis and symbols in your tags.

Once you’re satisfied with your tags, click Save. Tags will appear in the top right corner of the review. Up to 10 tags will display, but you can click the ellipses icon (...) to see them all.

To edit tags, simply click the tag icon and add or delete tags as you see fit.

Who sees what tag where will depend on the level at which the tag was initially created.

Tags created at the account level are visible across all groups and locations belonging to such account

Tags created at the group level are visible at the account level, and the group and locations belonging to such group

Tags created at the location level are visible at the location level, at groups that the location belongs to, and at the Account level

You can use the Tags search bar to quickly find reviews. This functionality is not case-sensitive.
